Blueberry and coconut overnight oats

Ingredients
1 heaped tbsp blueberry jam
1/2 cup (45g) gluten free oats
1 tbsp flaxseeds
3/4 cup (250ml) almond milk (or dairy free milk of your choice)
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined. Leave in the fridge in an air tight container overnight.
Stir, serve as is, or layer up with extra coconut yoghurt and any other toppings of your choice.
