White Christmas raw cake (serves 12+)

This is THE most luxurious white chocolate vegan ‘cheese’cake, adorned with snowy peaks of whipped coconut cream and white chocolate snowmen on a subtly sweet and spiced ginger biscuity base

Gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free, palm oil free, suitable for vegans

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, coconut milk, gluten free oats, organic dates, organic desiccated coconut, organic cacao butter, organic coconut sugar, organic vegan white chocolate (cocoa butter, rice powder (rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour), raw sugar), organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic ginger, vanilla, Himalayan pink salt.

May contain fruit stones

Style

Sliced: Sliced into 12 generous portions, with chic and simple decoration.

Crowning glory: Decorated with beautiful simplicity using a selection of HTK signature toppings around the rim of top of the cake.

Fully loaded: Overflowing with an abundance of HTK signature toppings for a truly fully loaded show stopper.

All cakes will last for 1 week in the fridge and at least 3 months in the freezer.
