Instructions

Simply shake up a can of full fat coconut milk.

Pour 80ml (1/3 cup) of the creamy coconut milk into the energy ball mix in a bowl.

Stir with a spoon and then get your hands stuck in there and MIX and knead everything together into one big dough ball of deliciousness.

If you want extra brownie point, bust out a set of scales and weigh 19g pieces before rolling to perfection — this will give you approx. 20 bite sized energy balls.

Or take the more rustic approach and tear off chunks of the energy ball dough to your desired size and roll, roll, roll!

Store in an airtight container and consume within one week when kept in the fridge or three months when stored in the freezer.
