Layers of beautifully smooth lavender and caramel raw cake, with pops of crystallised ginger on top of a ginger and hazelnut base. Topped with white chocolate shards, more crystallised ginger and toasted hazelnuts - this is a unique and utterly delicious choice for any occasion.
Ingredients: Cashew nuts, coconut milk, gluten free oats, hazelnuts, organic dates, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic cacao butter, organic coconut sugar, crystallised ginger (ginger, raw cane sugar), ginger, organic blueberry powder, lemon, dried lavender, natural lavender flavour, natural caramel flavour.
Organic vegan white chocolate: cocoa butter, rice powder (rice syrup, rich starch, rice flour), raw sugar.
May contain fruit stones

Sliced: Sliced into 12 generous portions, with chic and simple decoration.
Crowning glory: Decorated with beautiful simplicity using a selection of HTK signature toppings around the rim of top of the cake.

Flower power: (BEST FOR LOCAL ORDERS ONLY TO AVOID WILTING IN TRANSIT) : Go for the extra show stopper moment and choose the ‘flower power’ option, you’ll get all of the signature toppings with the addition of beautiful fresh flowers
All cakes will last for 1 week in the fridge and at least 3 months in the freezer.
