Pink Pitaya smoothie bowl
A cooling and delicious breakfast, snack or even a dessert that is packed full of goodness and the most beautiful vibrant pink.
PINK PITAYA SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients
4 banana free smoothie cubes (standard ice cube size) or 1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen pineapple
small handful of raspberries
1 cup of plant based milk
1 - 2 tablespoons of pink pitaya powder
optional: 2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt for extra creaminess
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a highspeed blender and blend until beautifully smooth. Serve immediately and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy 💗
