Blueberry Smoothie
Want a smoothie that tastes like a blueberry and lemon muffin? Of course you do!
This is really quick and simple to throw together. It’s beautifully creamy and filling without being heavy. Perfect for breakfast on the go or as an afternoon pick me up.
BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup of oats or protein powder
1 cup plant based milk
The zest of 1/4 of a lemon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or 1 teaspoon extract
Optional for extra creaminess and to sneak in some veg: 2 Ice cube sized serving of my banana free smoothie cubes
Alternatively you could add 1/4 frozen banana
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a highspeed blender and blend until beautifully smooth. Enjoy.
