Strawberry shortcake protein shake

 Strawberry shortcake protein shake (gluten free, refined sugar free and suitable for vegans).

 

This makes a lovely protein packed breakfast, post workout shake or just a lovely drink in its own right.

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of oats

3 tbsp of thatprotein peanut butter super protein

Small handful of strawberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 - 1 1/2 cups almond milk

A few ice cubes

Optional: maple syrup to taste.

 

Method:  

Pop all the ingredients into a nutribullet or equivalent high speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add more milk, if required, to get your desired consistency.

Taste and adjust sweetness.
