Cookie dough overnight oats

Ingredients
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 cup almond milk (or dairy free milk of your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A good sprinkle of chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Pinch salt
OPTIONAL: maple syrup to suit your taste
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined. Leave in the fridge in an air tight container overnight.
In the morning, stir and add fresh fruit or any other toppings of your choice.
