Blissful Blends Overnight Oats

This is a simple but delicious breakfast option, perfect for any one with limited time or energy. Simply throw all the ingredients together in the evening and wake up to a really lovely breakfast.

Ingredients (serves 1) 

1/2 cup oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I use Rude health almond drink - the combo of almond and rice milk makes it beautifully sweet)

1 heaped tablespoon  choc chick blissful blends cacao turmeric and ginger. 

2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method: 

Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an air tight container and leave in the fridge over night.

Serve with a selection of tasty toppings and enjoy.
