Ingredients:

200ml almond milk

2 tbsp nut butter

1 tbsp liquid sweetener (maple syrup, agave, date syrup etc)

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Ground flaxseeds

Method: 

Pop all the ingredients into a blender and once combined transfer into a bowl. Soak the bread of your choosing (I use homemade gluten free bread) in the mixture until it starts to sink then flip over to the other side.

Add a little bit of coconut oil to a frying pan and gentle fry in a medium heat for a few minutes each side.

Serve with fresh berries and coconut yoghurt.
